SHIPPING TERMS

For our main products (chicken coops, runs), we provide FREE SHIPPING within the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany. For other EU countries, transport is charged with discounted amount according to the price list. We deliver to all EU countries besides Cyprus and Malta.

If you are ordering only accessories (feeders, waterers), transport is charged according to the price list.

After completing your order, we will contact you via email and send you a tracking number and a link to track your shipment within 2 business days at the latest. Before delivery, the courier company will contact you by phone to confirm the delivery date. Please be prepared to receive the shipment at this time. If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be delivered, it will be stored at the depot and redelivered at the earliest possible date (usually within 1-2 business days).
