For providing our services, selling goods, and operating our website, we process some personal data.

The processing of personal data is mainly governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

A. Processing of Personal Data When Using a Contact Form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will handle your contact details provided through the inquiry form. These include your first name, last name, email address, information about the goods you are inquiring about, and the features of the respective product.

Why?

We will use this information to contact you for further discussion regarding the goods.

On what legal basis?

This data processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process the personal data?

If further cooperation is not established, we will process your data no longer than 30 days from our last communication.

B. Processing of Personal Data in Case of Purchase

If you make a purchase, we will work with the details you provide us. These are mainly billing details: first name, last name, address; email address, phone number.

Why?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver the goods to you. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, claims, or inquiries through your contact details.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle claims and others).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – fulfillment of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of the service provision and afterwards according to the law on archiving tax documents, 10 years from the last provision of such a service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and did not prohibit us during your purchase, we will use your email address to send our news.

On what legal basis?

This is enabled under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you prohibited it during purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

Three years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via email or by contacting us at office@tcprofi.com.

II. Who Will Access the Data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other persons working for us will have access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These include:

We only process personal data within the territory of the European Union.
